Obituary

Aaron Michael Jablonsky, 45, passed from this life on Sunday, November 20, 2022, surrounded by loved
ones.
Aaron leaves behind his wife, Abby Lyn Gode Jablonsky; son, John Kade Jablonsky; and daughter, Ava
Elizabeth Jablonsky with the assurance he fought a good fight, finished his course, and kept the faith.
Aaron was born in Buffalo, New York, November 26,1976 to Edmund William and Mary Collette Purcell
Jablonsky. He lived most of his life in Houston and graduated from St. Thomas High School. He earned a
Business Administration bachelor's degree, with majors in Finance and Management, from Texas State
University-San Marcos, where he played baseball two years for the Bobcats.
Aaron's 22-year career was in the finance sector, and he was most recently a wealth advisor with
Avidian Wealth Solutions. Aaron looked forward to helping at the annual Amazing Grace Golf Classic
each year and was an active member and volunteer of the Bear Creek-Copperfield Rotary Club and the
Knights of Columbus.
He enjoyed golf, saltwater fishing, and watching his son's baseball games and daughter's theatre
performances.
In addition to his wife and children, Aaron is survived by his parents Ed and Collette Jablonsky, his
brother Matthew Paul Jablonsky, wife Jennifer, and niece Gabby, all of Houston.
He is also survived by his parents-in-law David and Faye Gode of Fredericksburg; his sister-in-law and
niece Shannon and Julia Maenius; his sister-in-law Jackie Durham, husband Chris, and nephew and niece
Clancy and Autumn; as well as his sister-in-law Amanda and husband Keith.
Aaron's memory is cherished by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends and colleagues.
Honorary pallbearers are Kade Jablonsky, Matt Jablonsky, Ed Jablonsky, Doug Kruse, Wayne Stegint, and
Chad Burke.
A funeral mass will be held at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church located at 11507 Huffmeister Rd,
Houston, Texas 77065 on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to MD Anderson Cancer Center, Heart to
Heart Hospice, or the charity of your choice in Aaron's memory.
