Allan Lee Harvey, aka "Hippy", passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Friday, May 13th, 2022 at his home in Cleveland at the age of 66 after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Baytown, Texas to Ray and Norma Noland Harvey on November 22, 1955.
Allan was employed in I&E technology. He loved classic rock which led him to be a co-creator of 'The Runaway Radio Band'. He also loved dirt and drag racing. Although, his greatest passion was the love he had for his family and his friends. Allan never met a stranger and was a friend to all. He was 'a true gentleman and a scholar'.
Allan was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and numerous uncles.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Deborah. Two sister's Gayla Townsend & Judy Dunklin. Brother in law Mike Hester. Daughters Alisha (Luis) Segovia, Amber (David) Cobb. Sons Lee Harvey and Chris (Amanda) Whitlock. Seven granddaughters, five grandsons, and two great grandchildren.
His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with as well as those he reached but never met.
