Alvin Conrad McCrorey
Alvin Conrad McCrorey passed away peacefully at his home in Conroe, TX on March 3, 2021. Alvin was born in Conroe, Texas on November 9, 1952. Alvin had battled severe COPD for the past year. Alvin is survived by his wife of 28 years Celetia Jane Hooker McCrorey, son Alvin F. McCrorey of Montgomery, daughter Angela Maxine Tomlin and husband Casey of Lewisville, TX, stepdaughter Mary Jane Perry, stepson Jessie J. Perry. Alvin is also survived by his only sister Sharon McCrorey Walker and husband Richard L. of Conroe. Three grandchildren Kyle McCrorey, Cody McCrorey, and Alyssa Perry. He is also survived by his niece Marchell Scicutella of Houston, TX and nephew Ralph Robinson of Conroe, TX. Several beloved cousins and extended family. Alvin was preceded in death by both his parents Alvin F. (Fred) McCrorey and Mable Maxine Loftin.
Alvin loved to hunt and fish. He always had a smile and good things to say about anyone. Favorite sayings was "Live and let Live" and mind your own business and you won't be minding mine! He was loved by almost everyone he met and made an impression on all. He spent most of his working career pipefitting and working heavy equipment.
There will be Celebration of Life at a later date. Alvin will be interned at the McCrorey Cemetery on Clint Parker Rd. in Conroe, TX
