Anna Marie Elder, age 70 of Houston, Texas passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023. Anna was born on June 7, 1953 to Willie and Dorothy (Thornton) Wilmore in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Romans 6:4 "We were buried therefore with him baptism into death.  So that as Christ was raised from the dead by the story of the Father, we too might walk in the newness of life."

Now that life has called her home, Anna leaves behind her children, Jamie Enoch, Sherman Elder, Shaw Elder and Amie Elder.  Her brothers and sisters; Willie Wilmore, Jr, James Wilmore, Samuel Wilmore, Oliver Wilmore, Joe Wilmore, Larry Wilmore, Jerome Wilmore, Peggy Wilmore, Shirley Wilmore and Mary Wilmore.

Psalm 23:4 "Even though I walker through the valley of the shadow of death, I will dear no evil for you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me."

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm hosting the chapel on behalf of Graceful Memorial and Bayou Family Funeral Home will be Darst Funeral Home located at 796 Russell Palmer Rd. Kingwood, Texas 77339.
