The chain of life was separated forever on August 9, 2020 when Arline Finch Johnson departed this earth. Sister Arline was born on Aug. 7, 1948 to the late Sarah Davis-Finch and Eddie Finch in Mobile, Alabama. She was the youngest of five children, two brothers, Robert Finch, Walter Finch and one sister, Sadie Mae Finch-Allen proceeded her in death.

Arline leaves behind one sister Bonnie Mae Thomas of Brunswick ,Ga. Sister Arline finished her schooling in Georgia and worked on Jekyll Island in hospitality. She was very involved in the church and loved the Lord.

Arline leaves behind Sammie Johnson(Spouse) and three daughters, Sarah AlAzim(Hanif) of Spring, Texas, Latrica Butler(Malik) of Rochester, New York, Regina Moore of Rochester, New York and one son Maurice Bess of Houston, Texas. The loving father of her children Daniel Obley(ex-husband) and Billy Bess(ex-husband). Arline has seven grand-children Khalil Al-Azim, Amir Al-Azim, Derrick Butler(Kasmira), Tyra Moore, Kierra Moore, Tatyana Bess and Asad Bess
and one God Daughter Yannika Lawrence. She leaves behind many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Saying Good-bye. Go now our mother the time has come your tasks today are done. There are others waiting on you to welcome you home. In our hearts and mind we will carry what you taught us to have faith, love, respect for yourself and others. God has
summoned his angel in the one he blessed us to call mom.
