Betty Anne Kendall Teeg, passed away December 7, 2022 in Houston, TX at the age of 88.  She was born September 19, 1934 in Tulsa, OK to Ella Leona Kepley Kendall and James Madison Kendall, Sr.  Betty and her husband, Dr. Robert Ole Teeg, were longtime residents of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI.

Betty held a Liberal Arts degree from Tufts University.  She enjoyed cooking, travel and music, including playing the piano.  Much of her time was volunteered to compassionate causes.  Always pursuing knowledge, many of her last years were dedicated to alternative medicine therapies.  She also worked for a time as a docent for the Detroit Institute of Arts.

Betty is survived by three of her daughters Susan Lee Teeg Sharpe, Katherine Kendall Teeg Lehmann and Victoria Jane Teeg Miller as well as her brother James Madison Kendall Jr.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Betty was predeceased by her husband and her daughter Rebecca Mary Louise Teeg Hoppe.

Betty was known as a character with a bold and exuberant personality.  She will be missed by many.
