Billy Ray Miller of Hockley, Tx, 83, died Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Billy was born in Port Arthur, Tx on 8/3/1937.
Survivors include his wife Rachel, daughter Tiffany Bettin and her husband Mitch, sons Brian Miller and his wife Poppi, Andy Miller, and Kenny Miller and his wife Lisa, his step daughters Cherease Files and her husband Steven and Carol Briones. Step sons Jackie Graham and wife Gidget, and Walter Graham. Several grandchildren as well as great grandchildren.  His sisters Rose Prejean, Marcy Stevens and husband John, Carol Sutherland and husband George. Numerous family members and special friends that touched his life in so many ways.
He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Rose Miller.
Billy Ray never met a stranger and he loved his family. Services will be.....
