Carole Ann (Stewart) DeSHA passed away while a resident at Brighton Senior Living-Tomball on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.  She was born in Houston, Texas to Dewey W. and Audra Ina Stewart on August 16, 1940.  She grew up on the east side of Houston where she attended Riverview Baptist Church, where her mother was the church Secretary during the week and the pianist for all the worship services on the week-end.

She is survived by her brother Robert and wife Louise Stewart.  Two daughters: Lisa Morgan, her husband Mark, and daughter Rachel, son Adam and wife Lauren Morgan, and their children Seth and Samuel.  Daughter Rebeca and her husband Trevor Bush, who all live in Vidor, Texas.  Her daughter Laura Brillon lives in Harkins, Texas with her son Blake.

Carole sang in the Champion Forest Baptist Church choir and made several trips with the choir to many foreign destinations.  She was a member of "The Gathering" bible Study class.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Carole will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 1:00pm at Champion Forest Baptist Church, 15555 Stuebner Airline Rd. Houston, Texas 77069
