Carrie Lee West, born Carrie Lee Spurlin, on January 13, 1926 in Fentress, Tennessee, passed away peacefully due to congestive heart failure. She is preceded in death by husband Renick F. West; parents; Ina Williams Huff and Willie Spurlin; son in-law Don Titus; baby sister, Lorena Spurlin; sister, Bernice Huff Mangusand granddaughters Heather Lee, Jamie Ann, and Julie Ann in heaven.
Carrie Lee grew up in Muncie, Indiana with her loving Grandparents, James and Sarah Williams. She married Renick West May 3, 1944.
Carrie Lee is survived by her loving daughter, Sue Titus, fiancé John Ellenwood; granddaughters, Pam, husband Darrel Miguez; Tami and fiancé Matt Fresquez; along with great grandson Kyle Taylor; sisters, Virginia Weaver and Margaret Wood.
Her life was a living example of Ephesians 4:32 "Be kind and compassionate to one another, just as in Christ God forgave you." Carrie Lee had several friends who loved card games and field trips. She will be missed by all who knew her.
