Charles Oliver Cabral, born February 7, 1953, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2026. He was the eldest of five siblings. Charles enjoyed spending time outdoors, playing pool, watching anything Sci-Fi, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends. He was a proud father and grandfather. Charles cared deeply for his loved ones and would do anything to help those in need.

Charles was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Ms. Olive; and brothers, Calvin and Kenneth Silcox.

He leaves behind daughters, Tasha Cabral and husband Jeremy (Bo) Anderson, and Tiffany Abdo and husband Joseph Abdo; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kylie and Konnor Anderson; brother, Jerry Cabral and wife Connie Cabral; sister, Tabitha Silcox; numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

A celebration of life will be scheduled for a future date.
