Charles "Stormy" West passed away on March 18, 2025. He was the first of four children, born in Houston, TX on August 11, 1950 to Marion and Betty West.
He is preceded in death by the love of his life Carol (wife of 44 years), his mother Betty R West, father Marion E West, and his brother Richard W West.
He is survived by his sister GiGi Uthe and husband George Uthe, brother Steve West, and several nieces and nephews.
Charlie enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing, and family gatherings. He helped start the family owned auto parts store in the late 70's and had a long career in the industry capped off with 3 decades at Auto Zone. He was quick witted and always eager to share corny dad jokes. His laughter and sense of humor will be missed.
