Dennis John Fetsch, 71, passed away October 15, 2021 in Houston, Texas. He was born in Liberal, Kansas on November 27,1949 to John Edward Fetsch and Lucille Marietta Palen Fetsch.
Dennis graduated high school in Liberal, Kansas in 1967. He would soon join the Army and served in Vietnam in the 101st army airborne.
Dennis attended church at St. Leo Parish in Houston. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and Legion of Mary. Dennis loved working outside and on his lawn. He would visit and help others in anyway he could, just one of his many passions. Dennis had many hobbies such as making latch hook rugs and making Rosaries to give away to people in need.
Dennis had unwavering faith and trust in God. He loved his friends, family and church immensely.
When Dennis was around there was never a shortage of helping hands. Dennis was always willing to lend a hand to bring joy to those who knew him. He had a contagious smile and often volunteered his landscaping skills even when his only payment would be the joy he received from helping a friend in need.
Dennis is preceded in death by his parents John and Lucille Fetsch, stepmother Elizabeth Fetsch; sisters Sandra Cadieux and Marcia Hergenreder.
He is survived by brother-in-law Jack Hergenreder, of Round Rock, Tx; Sisters, Mary Etta Parsons, Nancy Inmon and husband Mickey of Cañon City, Co; Niece, Christy Hergenreder Garcia and husband Matt, Of Round Rock, Tx; Nephews, John Inmon, of Topeka, Ks, Andrew Inmon and wife Lindsay of Ankeny, Iowa; Great nephews, Ayden Garcia and Nolan Inmon; Great niece, CJ Garcia; and good friend JoAnn Hinson of Houston, Tx
