Diana Kay Westover(Glikas) lost her brave battle with cancer on February 20,2022.Diana was born in Clovis, New Mexico August 24, 1953 to Cathy Eberwein andTony Glikas. She grew up in Clovis attending Sacred Heart School, Gattis JrHigh and graduated from Clovis High School in 1971. She later studied InteriorDesign through the New York School of Interior Design.Diana married Danny Westover, love of her life, at Sacred Heart Church in 1975and together they lived in Germany, El Paso, Lubbock. Hobbs, Irvine CA andSpring, TX.Diana lived a full life, having worked in furniture and Interior Design. Shelater founded her own business, EnerTech Resource, a technical and managementrecruiting firm where she worked for 25 years placing professional andmanagement personnel. Diana was a member of the Texas Association of PersonnelConsultants, was a Certified Personnel Consultant and is a Marquis Who¹s Whoof American Women.Diana was preceded in death by her mother Cathy Goodwin and Step-Father Dr.Martin Goodwin. Diana is the Granddaughter of CL Eberwein and MaeEberwein(O¹Neill). She is survived by her husband Danny Westover, daughtersJacqui Chapman of Overland Park KS and Danielle Westover of Spring TX, sisterSuzanne Trout(husband John Trout) of Midland TX, brother Chuck Glikas(wifeJudith Glikas) of Clovis and sister Nancijane Goodwin also of Clovis. Dianaleaves six loving grandchildren: Ethan Chapman, Emma Chapman, Jack Chapman andMackenzie Beshoner of Overland Park, KS, Sophia Westover and George Westoverof Spring TX, sister in law Teresa Ferguson of Dundee MI and brother in lawJohn Westover(wife Teri Westover)of Carlsbad CA.Diana enjoyed spending time at the beach with her family, working in her yard,cheering at Sophia¹s swim meets, helping with the children¹s choir at church,working on the PTO and raising two grandchildren. Diana was fun-loving, had acontagious optimism, an unmatched love of life, and she brought joy to allthose around her. When faced with her cancer diagnosis Diana authored a book,CancerŠMy New Normal wherein she detailed her research and efforts to mitigatethe cancer and its effects.Final arrangements for Diana will be handled by Graceful Memorial Chapel witha Celebration of Life at a later time.
