"Doris Louise (Brown) Perez - April 7, 1943 to April 22, 2020

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Doris was the 4th of 5 children born to Oliver Edward (O.E.) Brown Sr. and Alice Burt Adams. She graduated from Milby High School in 1961. She married Ted Romero Perez on December 21, 1963 and they raised 2 sons in Spring, TX, living there for 45+ years before moving to Conroe, Texas last year.

She is survived by her husband, Ted; 2 sons, Paul Allen and David Wayne Perez; daughter-in-law, Shelly (Doyle) Perez; 4 grandchildren, Clayton Doyle, Taylor Szymborski, Skylar Perez and Daniel Perez; and 1 great grandson, Barrett Mattson; her oldest sister, Alice (Brown) Brimberry; sister-in-law, Linda (Johnson) Brown; brother-in-law, Richard Hood as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, O.E. and Alice (Adams) Brown; sister, Florence (Brown) Hood; sister Sarah (Brown) Walker and her husband Larry Walker; brother, Oliver Edward Brown, Jr; and brother-in-law, John Brimberry.

The family has requested, in lieu of plants or flowers, to make donations in her memory to MD Anderson Cancer Center @ http://www.mdanderson.org. A celebration of life gathering will be announced at a later date."
