Dorothea Ellen Damge (9/30/1943 – 12/31/2022) left to be with our Lord and Savior on December 31, 2022 with her loving husband of 40 years, and other family members by her side. She was a wonderful & loving wife, mother, sister and friend. Dorothea, known as Dot to her family and friends, was known for her beautiful smile, love of travel and the mountains.
Dot was born and spent most of her life in Houston, but was able to venture and live in Empire, Michigan and Gunnison, Colorado. She loved her life in the mountains of Colorado, but the love for her children and grandchildren brought her back to Houston. Dot's love of travel was answered by spending almost 10 years traveling and seeing the United States while driving along with Terry in their big rig.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Julia McMillian and her son David Wayne Martin. Survived by her husband Terry Damge, daughter, DeAnna & George Keesee, sons Daniel & Erricka Martin and Donald & Clavelia Martin and daughter-in-law Sallie Martin.
