Douglas R. Evans 61 of Baytown, Texas passed away on September 7th, 2021. Doug was born January 22,1960 in Michigan and was later a resident of Malvern Arkansas before moving to Texas as a high school student. Nearly 30 years Douglas worked as a millwright for Bayer (Covestro) located in Baytown,Texas. Douglas' hobbies consisted of spending time with family and grandchildren. He was so full of life and always happy. He loved traveling with his family and watching sports. He had a positive impact on everyone that he encountered.

He is survived by his Children; Courtney Evans, Shane Evans, Lori Buckner, Daughter & Son in law; Jessica Evans and Lyle Buckner. His Grandchildren; Jayden Evans, Jasmine Palmer,Jianna James and Ariah Buckner. His Siblings, Sheri L. Bromley of Hartford MI (Lance),John C Coburn of Vicksburg MI (Michel), Gregory L Evans of Highlands Tx (Gina), Willam D. Evans of Crosby Tx. He is preceded in death by his parents Harold L. Evans and Donna M. Evans.

Services will be held at 1p.m. Monday, September 13, at First Baptist Highlands Church in Highlands Tx.
