Edward Frank Flores, also known as Ed, peacefully passed away on September 23,

2023, at the age of 75 in Magnolia, Texas. Born on June 8, 1948, in Wauseon,

Ohio, Ed was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many.

Ed was an evangelist of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a dedicated intercessor for

the suffering. He was a passionate missioner, spreading the word of God to those

in need. Ed's love for music was evident through his talent as an opera singer and

saxophonist. He also expressed himself through writing and teaching, leaving a

lasting impact on those he encountered. One of his famous quotes was, "What

would you like for God to do for you today?"

Ed's memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife, Angela Flores, and his

children: Dara Flores, Nathan Flores, and Matthew Flores. He was a beloved

father-in-law to Chinelo Flores and adored by his grandchildren: Danielle, Sydney,

Ann Marie, Montgomery, Sterling, and Remy Flores. Ed is also survived by his

sisters: Ramona Mendiola, Janie Flores, Carmen Orozco, Virginia Smith, and Mary

Castillo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eduardo and Maria de Jesus

Flores, and his sister Ann Salinas.

Ed received his primary education at Harrrys Elementary and graduated from

Milby High School. He furthered his education at Houston Baptist University.

Throughout his life, Ed found solace and strength in his faith. He worshiped at

Magnolia First Baptist Church, where he found a community of like-minded

individuals.

In his free time, Ed enjoyed studying the Bible, deepening his understanding of

the scriptures and his relationship with God.

A celebration of Ed's life will be held on October 14, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at

Magnolia First Baptist Church located at 18525 FM 1488, Magnolia, Texas 77353-

0296.

Ed's impact as a teacher and missionary will never be forgotten. He will be dearly
