She is survived by brothers Kenneth and John and his wife Carol
and numerous nieces and nephews and brother in law Bill Badger.
Eileen was born in Meta, Missouri and did most of her growing up
in Kansas City where she graduated from high school. After high

school she joined the Sisters of Mercy and became a nun and
later becoming a registered nurse and was stationed at numerous
hospitals throughout the mid west.
In the mid 1960's she decided to leave the convent and moved to
Houston and was asked by her sister Norma to live with her and
her family. She worked at Houston hospitals until the family
moved to Conroe and then worked at Conroe General Hospital until
she retired.
She has always stayed true to her faith and never missed mass
until Covid came along and she had to resort to mass on TV every
weekend. She enjoyed playing dominos and card games with her
friends.
She lived with the Payne family thru the good times, thru floods
and other tragedies. She lived a good long life and is loved by
all who knew her and she will be missed.
