Frances Louise Wesley, 89, Texas passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by love ones in Houston, Texas, on Monday, September 27, 2021.

Frances was born December 13, 1931 in San Antonio, Texas to Mr. & Mrs. Willis Anthony.

She married David Wesley Jr. II, and became parents to a daughter (Denise) and three sons (David, George, and Michael).

She is preceded in death by her mother Frances Anthony.

After graduating from a College of Nursing, Frances was employed at various nursing homes to care for others until her retirement.

One Saturday morning, Frances went to visit a neighbor house who was studying with one of Jehovah Witness. As she sat in on the study, she like what she heard and asked for a study of her own. Soon after she dedicated her life to serve the one and only true God Jehovah. Frances cared for Jehovah and others so much, she decided to deepen her love for Jehovah by entering into the pioneer service to spread the kingdom message. As a pioneer she could generously give her time and energy as much as possible to help others grow spiritually from this good news. (Matthew 28:19,20) In 1974, she moved to Denver, Colorado where she was able to continued her pioneer work in new territories. However, she moved back to Texas in 1984, to spend more time with family and friends.

Even when she became ill, her zeal never weaken. Frances remained dedicated to Jehovah and the ministry to peach to doctors, nurses, and everyone she came in contact with (Matthew 24:14).

Frances, lovingly Known to her family as "Big Mama," cherished her time with her grandchildren. She even had more pictures of her grand children than her own children.

Although Popeye's was her favorite, she cooked her meatloaf every chance she could get. She also loved crochet, music (especially Spanish Harlem) dancing. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother and a good friend , She had the most beautiful smile that we will always remember.

She leaves her family and friends wonderful memories, A daughter: Denise Johnson, three sons: David Wesley Jr III (Marcia), George Wesley, and Michael Wesley. 2 granddaughters: Tania Johnson-Prescod, and Sheneka Johnson. 2 grandsons Linus Riggs & Lavar Riggs. 8 Great-Grandchildren: Megan High, Victoria Darks, Qiara Johnson, Morgan Clay, Madison Clay, Rianne Prescod, Natalie Prescod, Nathan Prescod. 2 Great-Great Grandchildren: Ziya Harris, Aubrey Montgomery and many friends.
