We regret to announce the passing of Frank Victor Leocadi Jr., 67, of Houston, Texas, on May 15, 2021. Frank fought a long and difficult battle with his health and is finally at rest.

Frank joins his parents, Frank Victor Leocadi Sr. and Margaret Lucille Mandola, to be reunited in Heaven. He is survived by his sisters, Lucille Wilbur and Ann Leocadi, his daughter Sarah Leocadi, and his grandchildren, Mariah Menendez, Gianna Stephan and Aiden Stephan, and his best friend Jean Lanelle Scott.

In addition to serving in the United States Marine Corps, Frank Victor was a very hardworking and loving father and grandfather, an avid weightlifter and an old movie buff with an amazing sense of humor that will be missed.

Throughout his entire life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him. Frank will be forever loved and forever remembered.

Due to the corona virus pandemic, no services will be held.
