Gary Wayne Hebert, age 67 of Vidor, TX gained his heavenly wings Friday, February 7, 2020. He was born on October 20, 1952 in Jennings, LA to V. L. "Bill" Hebert and Frances M. Ford.
Gary lived in Vidor for over 34 years. He was a retired truck driver and mechanic by trade. He was a member of Serenity Oaks Christian church in Vidor, TX. Gary was also an Air Force Veteran who proudly served during the Vietnam War. He was always willing to help friends and family in need and will be missed by all.
He is survived by his son, Gary L. Hebert and wife Joanna; daughters, Chestina Bentle and husband Patrick; April Hanks and husband Chase; grandchildren, Mandie Romero and husband Raymundo, Liberty Powers and husband Chase, Alyssa, Tiffany, Gabrielle, Trent, and Thomas; great granddaughter, Lillianna; brother, Randall Hebert and wife D'anna; sisters, Cynthia Jones, Robin Anders and husband Marty. He also had many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews as well.
He is preceded in death by his father and mother; V. L. "Bill" Hebert and Frances M. ford; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Agnew and son John Hebert.
A graveside service with full military honors will be held at Houston National Cemetery on Friday, February 14, 2020 gate time at 11:15am sharp. Pallbearers include: Marty Anders, Chase Hanks, Trent Hanks, Josh Powell, Chad Jones. Memorial services will be held at Serenity Oaks church on Saturday, February 15, 2020 11am in Vidor, TX.
