Obituary

George Michael Patterson passed peacefully away in his home in Spring, Tx on July 6, 2021 at the age of 77. He was born to George Patterson and Thelma Helton Patterson in San Antonio, Tx on Jan. 20, 1944. He is survived by 1 brother Robert Patterson, His wife of 32 years Beth Patterson, 11 children, their spouses, children and grandchildren: Ronda Dalton (3 children and 6 grands), Wayne Barr (5 children and his 4 grands), Michael JR., Elisha Corlis (3 children), Carrie Patterson (1 child and 3 grandchildren),Joshua Andrade (3 children), Jacob Westmoreland (3 children), Rebecca Westmoreland, Christopher Patterson , Patrick Patterson, and Aaron Patterson.

Mike graduated from Highlands High School San Antonio in 1962 and attended the University of Alaska. He worked at the downtown Barber college owned by his father in San Antonio until he joined the service. He spent 2 years in the Navy and transferred over to the Air Force where he spent 23 years.  Mike had several jobs after retirement but his favorite was driving tractors and bulldozers. He was a  great fisherman, hunter and self taught taxidermist. Mike toured the world and has several record holding trophies.
He loved his children, always wishing to be able to spend more time with them, never met a stranger and was a great evangelist. Please contact the family for Memorial Service information.
