Jackie  Nadine  Meers, 97 , passed  away  December  2,  2025 ,  in  Cypress ,  Texas.  Nadine  was  born  February  4 , 1928 ,  in  Pampa ,  Texas.  She  is  preceded  in  death  by  her  parents  Jack  Mauldin  and  Susie  Long ;  husband   H.L.  Meers ;  three  brothers :  Robert ,  L.C.  and  Jerry  Don ;  and   two  sisters ,  Geraldine  and  Carolyn.

Nadine  and  H.L.  were  married  for  71 years  and  had  great family  love  and  support.  They  had  three  sons  and  daughters  in  law  ( Lewis  and  Elizabeth ,  Ronald  and  Cindy ,  Monte  and  Sherry ),  six  grandchildren ,  and  fifteen  great  grandchildren.

Nadine  and  H.L.  were  true  entrepreneurs  and  worked  hard  to  keep  Meers  Oil  Company  running  smoothly.  Their  brands  were  Deep  Rock  and  Kerr  McGee  service  stations  and  Yamaha  and  Bultaco  motorcycles.  In  addition  to  their  hard  work,  they  loved  to  get  the  family  together  and  go  out  on  weekends  and  have  fun.  This  included  camping,  water  and  snow  skiing,  motorcycle  riding  and  racing.  Nadine  got  involved  in  everything  the  family  did,  including  riding  her  own  motorcycle  and  skiing.  She  also  knew  how  to  run  the  business  while  the  boys  were  out  playing!

On  January 3 rd  ,  2026,  at  11:30 AM,  the family  will  receive  friends  at  New  Life  Church  in  Pampa.  Following  the  visitation,  a  short  graveside  service  will  be  held  at  Fairview  Cemetery  at  1 PM.  The  family  would  like  to  extend  gratitude  to  Parsons  House  Cypress  and  Bayou  City  Hospice  for  the  care  given  to  Nadine.
