Rick Petty 56, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2020 peacefully with his family around him in his home in Katy, Texas.

Rick was born August 9, 1963 to Barbara Carole Davis and James Richard Petty Sr. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he worked at a technician building handicap vans. He loved his job and all the clients he met while helping them live life a little easier. He is the kindest most loving and caring friend to many. He was a very devoted husband, father and Papa.

Rick is survived by wife Debbie Piemonte, his daughter Bailey Petty and his three step children Keith Dittmar his fiancé Rebecca Payton, Crystal Arnaud and husband Cory Arnaud and Destiny Swenson and husband Mike Swenson, his 8 grand children Sereniti Dittmar, Jordyn Pratt, Ryan Daggett, Collin Swenson, Kylie Arnaud, Korie Lee Arnaud, Kensley Arnaud and Isabella Pate. He is also survived by his mother Barbara Carole Davis, sisters Renee Brasher and Juree Nelson and Husband Bill Nelson.

He is proceeded in death by his father James Richard Petty Sr., grand parents and his brother Ray Brasher. celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
