John T. Leslie II, 67, of Houston, TX , left this earth and went to heaven on June 15, 2022, after losing a short battle with pancreatic cancer.  John was born in Bitburg, Germany on August 12, 1954, to Janice and John Leslie. He attended Shawnee Mission South High School in Overland Park, KS and graduated from Kansas State University.

In 1976, John married his beloved Mary Womer and together they had 3 children, daughters Julia and Jenna, and a son, Jaron, that passed at birth.  John had an easy presence about him, making those around him feel valued, seen and heard.  He was a business owner, music lover, creative soul, and follower of Christ.  He found a way to incorporate these passions into everything he did.

John is survived by wife, Mary, daughter, Julia Black (Lance), grandchildren, Zara and Blaise, daughter, Jenna McAnnally (Chris), grandchildren, Eli and Mallory, father, John Leslie Sr., brother, Mark Leslie (Tracey), brother, Doug Leslie (Suzanne Schmidt).  He was predeceased by his mother, Janice Leslie.

Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Faithbridge Church in Houston, TX.  The service will be at 2:00pm, with a reception immediately following.
