She was born to the late Vicente Rodriguez and Juanita Rodriguez on February 12, 1951 in El Campo Tx. Raised in Houston, Josie will always be remembered for her laughter and jokes with her grandchildren, and overall commitment to her family. Josie enjoyed her days watching her favorite t.v. shows and playing cards with anyone bold enough to play her. Most of all Josie will always be remembered by her spirit and love for her family and her infamous hats she wore everywhere.

Josephine is survived by her Daughter Janie Orosco, her Son Adam Orozco, Siblings: Rita Lara, Mary Rodriguez, Hortense Guzman and Jack Roberts.

Josie cherished her Seven amazing Grandchildren and Twelve wonderful Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her Son Ernest R. Orosco Jr and Brother Vicente Rodriguez
