Juana Lopez Forbes, 66, passed away on April 3, 2021. She was born in Brownsville, Texas to Juan and Celia Lopez. Juana was preceded in death by both her parents. She leaves behind her husband James "Jim" Benjamin Stimson, her daughter Katherine Leah Autry, her three grandchildren, Jaycee Lynn Lopez Campbell, Jackson Logan Lopez Campbell, and Kaitlyn Leah Lopez Campbell and her five sisters, Sophia Betz, Angela Pedrana, Victoria Lopez, Celia Canales, and Guadalupe Sanchez.
Juana was a hard worker and put her heart and soul into her job but she enjoyed her freetime as well. Her favorite hobbies included politics, photography, fishing, sewing, and helping others. She was a member of a team whose mission is to make handmade quilts for families during their time of need at the Care Net Pregnancy Center and Shriners Hospital for Children. However, more than anything, Juana loved to spend time with her family.
Memorial Service for Juana will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 10:00 am at Copperfield Church, located at 8350 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to: Care Net Pregnancy Center, https://friendsofcarenethouston.com/get-involved/individuals
