Judith Smith Ortego, passed away April 11th, 2021 in Humble, Texas shortly after the passing of her beloved husband Frank, whom they were married for 66 years.

Judy was survived by her brother Barry Smith, sisters Rosie Chow, Susie Stewart, and Patsy West. Children - Michelle (Ernest) Thrash, Paul (Leslea) Ortego, David Ortego, and Tina (Ricky) Martin. She is also survived by her devoted 8 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two sons Daniel Ortego and Brian Ortego.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Jude's Children Hospital, Texas Parks and Wildlife or Alzheimer Research Association.

Funeral mass will be held on Saturday April 17, 2021 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church 527 S. Houston Ave. Humble, Texas 77338 at 1:00pm.
