Judy Havel, 74, of Tomball, TX passed away on June 22, 2023, with her husband and two daughters by her side. A lifelong Texan native, Judy was well-loved by her family and friends. Judy was the mother of two daughters. However, many of their friends considered Judy their surrogate mother. She always provided support and love for her family. She and her Husband Joe worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for their girls. But her most prized possessions were her six grandchildren. She would proudly boast about all six of them to anyone who would listen.

She was born on September 20, 1948, in Texas City, TX. Judy and her twin sister the last of five children of Merrel (M.C.) and Josephine Allen. Judy graduated from James Madison High School.  Judy loved growing up with her large family.

She is preceded in death by her parents M.C. and Josephine Allen, her brother and his wife Harry Lynn & Leslie Allen, her brother James Alford "Buddy" Allen, her brother-in-law Donald Leonard, and her sister-in-law Joann Gregg.

She is survived by her husband Joseph Ray Havel, her daughter Carrie Marie Watson and her children Tanner, Kade, Mallory Watson and their father Mickey Watson (Stacey), her daughter Jennifer Rene Moore-Craymer (Patrick) and their children Steven Reed II, Camden Jones, and Elaina Craymer, and her daughters' father James Alton Moore Jr. (Tammy). Her nephews from her eldest brother Michael Allen (Maud) and James "Andy" Allen (Julia), her sister Janie Leonard, niece Dana Makin (Bill), nephew John Leonard (Rita), her twin sister June Ward (John), nephew John Ward III (Khristi), nephew Shane Ward (Leslie), her niece from Joe's sister Sharon Majewski (Rick), and many great nieces and nephews.
