Kathy, 67, of Needville, TX, passed away, Monday, April 19, 2021.  She is preceded in death by her mother and father,  Jimmie and Thomas B. Snedecor, brother, Richard Gumm, father and mother in law, Alfred and Elsie Genzer.

She is survived by her father, Pat and Bobbie Gumm, brother, Steven Snedecor, husband and high school sweetheart of 48 years of marriage, Kenneth Genzer, daughter and son in law, Heather and David Casas, grandchildren, Nicolas Genzer, Natalie Shaw and Makayla Casas.

The past few months were very difficult for our family.  Special thanks to Frances, Mary, Seven, Madelyn, Brenda, Beverly, and Nina for all your love, help, and support not only for Kathy, but Ken as well.  He couldn't have done it without your help through this difficult time.

Loving daughter, wife, mother and best Nana ever.  Born and raised in Spring Branch and moved to Needville about 35 years ago.  Ken has always said living with Kathy is like living in a Lucy episode.  She was one of a kind and loved by many.  To say her grandchildren were her world is an understatement.  The sun rose and set with them on her mind.  Please feel free to share plenty of pictures and stories in your posts.
