Kathy Marie Fullen, 68, passed away peacefully on May 16th, 2021, surrounded in love, memories, and family in her home in Houston, Texas. Born to William and Betty Mcquiggin, in Van Nuys, California on April 8th, 1953. Kathy is preceded in death by her father Bill, and her brothers, Mike and Dennis Mcquiggin. She leaves behind her mother Betty Ruth McQuiggin, her sister Patty Anne Wittenberns and husband Roger Wittenberns, her sister Mary Jean Dinnigan and husband John Dinnigan; her son, Ricky John Fullen and Amanda  Jane Conant, and her husband John William Fullen (Married 50 years). Along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Born in April, Kathy was the spring flower that brightened our world throughout the seasons with the perfect blouse to match. Her love was a true force of nature; and when she had her heart set on something, there was no changing it. She spoke her mind and it was always going to be "her way or the highway!" Kathy loved creating memories with friends and family, but she was even better at capturing them. She was armed with a camera at all times, and you knew she was going to snap the perfect moments. Her love was so pure and she crafted it into every hand-made card and every scrapbook; to remind you of the beauty of your life through her eyes. Kathy loved adventures with her husband; their weekend trips to new Texas towns, and exploring the world by cruise ship with a pina colada in hand. She loved to collect teddy bears; and to her son she was always "Mama Bear." Holidays were Kathy's favorite time; you could always count on her to start a wrapping paper war at Christmas or a confetti egg fight on Easter at family gatherings. She filled her life with love and gave it to everyone, unselfishly. She was a caregiver to all and a true child of God with a servant heart. Her laughter and her smile painted over this world with life full of love and happiness.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday May 27th, 2021, at 1:00 PM at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, located at 14225 Hargrave Rd, Houston, TX 77070. If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital
