Kerry Lynn Clark-Byrd passed away on November 18, 2022. Kerry was born on March 20, 1954… the first day of spring. This is very fitting for her because no matter her profession in life her passion for flowers and plants was immense.  Kerry also loved many people, often opening up her home to family and friends whom needed extra care or time to find their way in life.  True to her selflessness Kerry chose to be an organ donor and gave her final gift to make lives better for others on November 21, 2022.  Her life will be carried on by her children Rachel Dickmeyer, Rebecca (Chadd) Collier, and Robert Byrd.  Her grandchildren Chase (Halie) Dickmeyer, Seth Dickmeyer, Keira Collier, Blake Dickmeyer, Kalem Collier, Kasen Collier, and Kadeigh Collier. Kerry was also blessed to have two great grandsons, Trevor and Brody Dickmeyer, with one on the way!  Family for Kerry meant everything as evident by her many brothers, sisters and extended family that are already feeling this great loss.  One thing that brings us peace is knowing once again she is back in the arms of her beloved Bob Byrd who preceded her in death in 2017 as well as her parents and mother-in-law.  In lieu of arrangements that wither and fade away we ask that you plant some native flowers of your own and think of her when you see their blooms.
