Mrs. LENG LY was born on October 10, 1953, and a 2nd daughter amongst 7 siblings to Mr. LY HOK ( Deceased) and Mrs. KY ROS (Deceased) at home in Ba Phnom district, Prey Veng Province, Kingdom of Cambodia.

អ្នកស្រី លី ឡេង កើតនៅថ្ងៃទី​ ១០ ខែ ១០ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៣ ហើយជាកូនស្រីទឺ២ ក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូនប្រាំពីរនាក់ របស់លោក ហុក លី និងអ្នកស្រី រស់ គី ដោយកើតនៅស្រុកកំណើតនៅស្រុកបាភ្នំ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

When LENG was young, she was sent to school and completed only at grade 9.  Despite studying, she also grew up as a gentle and generous daughter.

កាលឡេងនៅក្មេង នាងបានបញ្ជូនអោយទៅសាលារៀន ហើយបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់ទី៩ជំនាន់ចាស់។ មិនគ្រាន់ តែគាត់បានចូលសិក្សា នាងមានអក្បិរិយាសុភាព និងជាកូនស្រីដែលចិត្តសប្បុរស។

Until the year of 1970, She was married to Mr. NHEP HEANG who was introduced by her uncle. She is also a mother of 8 children, 1st son (RAVUTH HEANG), 2nd son (RAVY HEANG), 3rd son (BOPEA HEANG), 4th daughter (SOPHEAK NHEP), 5th son (RAKSMEY HEANG) 6th daughter (SOKLEAK HEANG), 7th daughter (LEAKENA FAISEN), and 8th son (LEAPHENG HEANG). Besides being a wonderful wife and mother, She is blessed with 10 grandsons and 8 granddaughters. Leng was a great wife, a homemaker, a mother and beloved grandma, a supporter of any decisions that had to be made in the family. She would do her best to support husband and also make sure all her children would have enough for a matter of food, clothes and safe shelter.

ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ នាងបានរៀបការជាមួយលោក ហ៊ាង ញ៉េបដោយបានដឹកនំាពីលោកមារបស់នាង ហុក ជា។ នាងជាម្តាយរបស់កូនប្រាំបីនាក៉​​ ដោយកូនបងប្រុសបងនាម ហ៊ាង រ៉ាវុធ​ កូនប្រុសទី២​ ហ៊ាង រ៉ាវី កូនប្រុសទី៣ ហ៊ាង បូពា៏ កូនស្រីទី៤ ញ៉េប សុភ័ក្រ្ត កូនប្រុសទី៥ ហ៊ាង រស្មី កូនស្រីទី៦ ហ៊ាង សុខលក្ខណ៏ កូនស្រីទី៧ ហ្រ្វីសិន លក្ខិណា និង កូនប្រុសទី៨ ហ៊ាង លាភហេង។ អ្នកស្រី លី ឡេងមិនគ្រាន់តែប្រពន្ធ និងម្តាយដល់ល្អនោះទេ គាត់មានព្រះពរ ដោយមានចៅប្រុសចំនួន១០នាក់ និងចៅស្រីចំនួន៨នាក់។ ឡេងជាប្រពន្ធដល់ល្អ ស្រ្តីមេផ្ទះ ម្តាយ និងលោកយាយជាទីស្រឡាញ់ គាត់ជាអ្នកគ្រាំទ្រ​គ្រប់ការសំរេចចិត្តដែលត្រូវការសំរេចចិត្តនៅក្នុងគ្រួសារ។ គាត់នឹងធ្វើគ្រប់ការទាំងអស់ដើម្បីគ្រាំទ្រស្វាមី ហើយផងដែរ ក៏ប្រាដកថាគ្រប់កូននឹងមានអាហារបីពេលគ្រប់គ្រាន់ មានសំលៀបបំពាក់ល្អ និងមានជំរកដោយសុវត្ថិភាព។

She was a great cook and loved to make all kinds of food. Her most favorite food was any kind of fermented meat or pickled vegetables.

គាត់ពូកែធ្វើម្ហូប ហើយចូលចិត្តចំអិនម្ហូបគ្រប់មុខទាំងអស់។ ម្ហូបដែលគាត់ចូលចិត្តបំផុតនោះ គឺពពួកត្រីផ្អាប៉ ឬបន្លែរជ្រក់។

During her retirement life, she enjoyed walking or cycling, croche, Thai movies, and chit chat with her children and family. Everytime we had a family reunion, her most favorite part was dancing with her beloved children, grandchildren. She was a special mother as she would take time to listen to children share about their daily life and want to see her grandkids as much as possible.

អំឡុងពេលចូលនិវត្តន៌របស់គាត់ គាត់ចូលចិត្តដើរ ឬជិះកង់ ចាក់រូប មើលរឿងថៃ និងនិយាយលេងជាមួយកូនៗ និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ។ រាល់ពេលយើងជួបជុំគ្រួសារម្តង គាត់ចូលចិត្តរាំកំសាន្តជាមួយកូនៗ និងចៅៗ។ គាត់ជាម្តាយដ៏ល្អ ព្រោះគាត់យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ស្តាប់រាល់ការចែកចាយពីជីវិតរស់នៅរបស់កូនប្រចំាថ្ងៃ ហើយក៏ចង់ចំណាយពេលជាមួយចៅអោយបានច្រើនតាមដែលអាចធ្វើទៅបាន។

She has traveled to Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Australia, and the United State of America.

គាត់បានធ្វើដំណើរទៅប្រទេសថៃ វៀតណាម ម៉ាឡេសុី សាំហ្គាពួរ ចិន អូស្រ្តាលី និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។

On Friday, March 18, 2022, she gave her life to Jesus and got the holy spirit baptism on the hospital bed at LBJ.

ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៨ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ គាត់បានថ្វាយខ្លួនដល់ព្រះយេស៊ូ និងបានធ្វើពិធីជ្រមុចទឹកដោយព្រះវិញ្ញាណ នៅលើគ្រែពេទ្រឯមន្ទីរពេទ្រ អិលប៊ីជេ។

Leng Ly, age 68 went to be with Jesus at home on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 4:40 pm after a short battle with cancer.

លី ឡេងបានលាចាកនៅជាមួយព្រះយេស៊ូពេលគាត់អាយុ ៦៨ឆ្នាំ នៅផ្ទះ ក្នុងថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ វេលាម៉ោង ៤ និង ៤០នាទីល្ងាច បន្ទាប់ពីការតយុទ្ធជាមួយមេរោគមហារីកថ្លើម។​

Leng is a beautiful heart woman; therefore, she will be missed terribly by her dear family, relatives, and friends. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, April 02, 2022 at Cambodian New Life Church (2922 Washington Dr., Houston, Tx 77038) from 2 pm - 4 pm.
