Lewis graduated class of 2006 from Springwood High School, where he met his wife that same year. After Graduation Lewis had big dreams. He attended Baylor University where, thanks to his brothers, received a degree in the PEP program. Lewis was two classes away from receiving his CDL. He also wanted to open a community with a boxing gym. He was an amazing boxer.

Lewis' laughter brought joy to everyone who knew him. He was a Christian man. His prayers were so powerful, you could feel the presence of God. He was a soldier for the Lord.

Lewis also knew how to enjoy his life. His greatest pride and joy came from being a father, and family man. He had a way of bringing joy and energy in every moment. His life was a testament of living with passion. While his earthy journey has ended, his spirit lives on in the memories and lessons he has taught us.

He leaves behind his wife Alexandra oliver, daughters makayla Oliver, Deziree Oliver, Destiny Oliver, son Lewis Oliver Jr., siblings  Hortensia Lowe, Ciera Jackson, Felisha Oliver, Gabriel Oliver, Darrell Oliver, Isaiah Jackson, mother Johnie Jackson, father Timothy Oliver as well as nephews and nieces.

As we say good bye today let us honor Lewis. May we carry his legacy forward, finding strength and inspiration in is memory.
