Miss Lillie Darlene Williams, age 67 passed away peacefully on Tuesday 9/24/24 10:44 am at HCA

Tomball Hospital. She was born on October 3, 1956 in Baytown, Tx to Earl and Thelma (Walker) Williams. She was a 1975 graduate of RE Lee High School, Baytown. She was a talented artist, with awards in her High School Art contests, designed the cover for the REL school directory as well as an awesome run-thru poster for the homecoming football game. She also designed the cover of the menu for the burger joint down the street from the High School, the "Quack Shack," while working there. She had a great love of animals, especially dogs and horses. The loves of her life were horse Boogie and dogs Deedee and Panda. She was a Design Engineer for the City of La Porte.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl D Williams, mother, Thelma Leona Williams, and nephew. William Charles Newman "Billie". She is survived by her sister, Billie Charlene Newman, brother, Earl L Williams, his wife, Elaine Williams, sister, Annie Kettelhut, her husband, Arthur Kettelhut, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family, friends and others whose lives Darlene touched are invited to Faith Christian Center, 3940 Vista Rd, Pasadena, Tx 77504. There will be lunch hosted by the Church after the service.
