Paul was 80 years old. He died at home in Houston Texas.
Paul was the oldest son of Herbert and Lucille Matlock. He had two younger brothers, Philip and
Charles Matlock. All are deceased.

Paul is survived by one son Michael D Matlock, spouse Laura. Five grandchildren Garrett,
Amber, Seth, Amelia, and Daniel. He had three great grandchildren.

Paul graduated from Memphis University with a degree in Accounting. He obtained his CPA
license and worked for many years as a CPA. He was a very devoted employee and enjoyed his
career. He retired from Sewell Automotive in 2017.

Paul is survived by his wife Diana Matlock. They would have been celebrating their 50th
wedding anniversary in June. They were planning a vow renewal at that time.

Paul was a very loving and dedicated husband. He is missed tremendously by his loving wife
Diana.He is also greatly missed by Mia, their little dog, she was a daddy's girl.

Paul will be missed by his great friends and family.
