Robby Joe Reeves went to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 7th, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
Rob was born April 22, 1934 in Crystal City, Texas to Ollie and Ella Mae Reeves. He served in the US
Navy during the Korean War from 1951 to 1954. He married Betty Jean Pierce in 1955 after proposing
from the deck of his Navy ship. They went on to have two children together, Michael Jack Reeves born
in 1956 and Robyn Elizabeth Reeves (Lancaster) born in 1964. He became a Mason in 1970 and went on
to become a 32nd Degree Mason. He spent his professional life as a project superintendent which took
him all over the world. From Jamaica and the Dominican Republic to Kuwait and Egypt. His favorite
things included reading, hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family. He was a natural born
storyteller that would never hesitate to offer you a beer or glass of bourbon while he regaled you with a
story about playing golf in the shadows of the Great Pyramids or tell you a dirty joke with a mischievous
glint in his eye.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father ,his sister, Lela Rae and three brothers, Derral, JB and
William Oliver. He is survived by his true love, Betty and his son Mike and wife Suzie, daughter Robyn
and husband Robert, grandchildren Brian and wife Tiffani, Lindsay and husband Ben, Amber and
husband Nick, Elliott and wife Erin, Madison, and partner Nathan. Great grandchildren Keigan, Karli,
Kaitlyn, Bryson, Cambrey, Audrina and Savannah along with countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and
friends.

He will be truly missed.
