Robert Arthur Belcher, Jr, best known as Art, 56, passed away on May 15, 2020. Art was born on September 7, 1963 in Chandler, Arizona to Phyllis Ann Belcher (Reynolds) and Robert Arthur Belcher. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, and his sister Elizabeth Larie Belcher. He is survived by two daughters, Jade Haley Uhl and husband, Steven and Lauren Ashley Belcher; one son, Brady Jackson Belcher; two sisters, Cynthia Belcher Peterson and husband, Edward and Rebecca Jackson; four grandchildren, Kenzee, PJ, Roman and Jack.
Art was a successful business man who worked hard to provide for his family. He was best known for his generosity, heartfelt advice, and love for family. He enjoyed watching any sports played by Louisiana State University, playing golf, and bird hunting.
Art's wishes were for his family to hold a celebration of life that will occur at a later date that has not yet been determined.

A celebration of life will be held in Houston TX at the home of Haley and Steven Uhl on May 1st, 2021.
