Robert Arthur Easterby, 73, formerly of Sarnia, passed away January 22, 2020, in Houston, Texas.

Robert was born in Hamilton on January 1, 1947. After moving to Sarnia, he graduated from Northern Collegiate. Robert was a pipe designer for various chemical engineering companies. His work took him around the world to Australia, Algeria, Nigeria, Dubai, Canada and many parts of Asia. He loved reading books, listening to talk radio, fishing and visiting casinos. He was a member of the NRA, North American Fishing Association and Boys Scouts.

Predeceased by parents Stella and Arthur Easterby, and brother Larry, Robert was as a father, grandfather, and brother. He is survived by son Jason (Grace), daughter Heather (John) and daughter Elisa, grandchildren Zoe, Penelope, Anderson, Donovan and Luka; and brothers Stephen, Terry and Phil Easterby.

Sincere thanks to Pastor Brent of Christ Community Church and Bristol Hospice care who allowed him to pass spiritually and comfortably.
