T h a t ' s w h ere he made so many lifelong friends w h o s p e n t m a n y o f his final days with him reminiscing m e m o r i e s a n d e x p e riences they shared over the years. R o b e r t w o r k e d f o r and retired from Texas Department o f C r i m i n a l J u s t i c e (TDCJ) after 26 years of service. R o b e r t w a s a f r e e Mason and a member of The Grand L o d g e o f T e x a s F orrest Lodge no. 19. in Huntsville. T h e f a m i l y l i v e d in Orland Hills, Il for 5yrs and that's w h e r e h e m a d e some great friends and met his cousin Rob ( b r o t h e r f r o m another mother) and became Godfather to R o b ' s s o n R . J . R o b e r t l o v e d s p e n d i n g t i m e w i t h f a m i l y , m u s i c , a good m o v i e , fi s h i n g , h u n t i n g , c a m p i n g , b u i l d i n g fi r e s, gardening, p l a y i n g c a r d s a n d c o o k i n g . Robert is preceded in death by his father, mother, and sister Rhonda. Robert is survived by his wife Sandy, his daughter Faith (Kieran), grandchildren Quinlee Willow, Atticus Gray, and Hendrix Kurt and numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

Robert is to be cremated. There will be a private service at a later date.
