Obituary

Roxianne Wesley AKA Foxi Roxi passed away on Wednesday March 25, 2026. Her youngest daughter got the call at 10:52pm. She just celebrated her 70th birthday the month before

Roxianne was born on February 11, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Edwin R Green and Jewell C. Tutt (McCall). Her and some of her siblings moved at an early age to Houston where they were raised by their mother Jewell C who then married and remained with Larry Tutt and combined families together.

Roxianne attended Dogan ES, Lockhart ES, Betsy B Ross, St. Clair, Cullen Junior and Sterling HS. These schools sparked her passion in playing the flute and becoming an amazing typist.

Roxianne was very astute and savvy at any and everything she did. She made the most simplest things like roller skating look gorgeous because of her own natural beauty. Her love for Prince (music artist) and almond joy candy bars were unmatched. She always try her best to bring good energy into the room with her soft spoken voice but if not you would know because you would get " the look”. She had the biggest laugh that would fill up the room like Eddy Murphy.

Roxianne then married and gave birth to two beautiful daughters Korinne D. Wesley and Kateria J. Wesley-Harvey. Her daughters each birthed five children. Which gave Roxi a grand total of ten grandchildren!!!

Roxianne is survived by her daughters and her ten grandchildren. Her siblings: Lloyd Churchwell, Rhonda Green, Renae Thomas, Daryl Tutt and Regina Tutt

She was preceded in death by her parents Jewell C. Tutt, Edwin Green(?) and Larry Tutt; Her brother Keith Tutt.
