The beautiful Ruthie Louis age 63 went on to be with the Lord May 11, 2020 at 6:23 PM with Her sister, children, grandchildren and great grandchild lovingly surrounding her .

She was born Ruthie Jean WILLIAMS on July 16, 1956 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Adam and Dorothy Williams.

She was preceded in death by both parents and her younger brother Herman WILLIAMS.

She leaves behind her sister and best friend Janie Mae Williams and her youngest big brother Harvey William; Her loving children Jamison Smith, Jaia Louis, Jaisson Louis, Brandon Louis, Sherita Louis, and O'Jean Louis; Her beautiful Granna babies Jamison Smith Jr, Charlie Smith, Wonder smith, LaDerrick Jones, Jamil Smith, Jasmine Smith,Rogelio Smith, Kaimani Conway, Kalani Conway, Kai'Leo Conway, and Jacion Smith; Her Blessed Great Granna babies Lamar Smith, Emri Smith, General Smith (not yet born), and Buford Smith; her beautiful aunts Dolores Lester and Rosie Ollie; her Favorite uncle LD Lester, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins she loved and protected.

Ruthie enjoyed spending time with her family, be it a backyard barbecue, Chuck E. Cheese or even just sitting at home watching movies, eating popcorn and shopping for retail therapy. She was a Mother and Granna to many and always greeted you with a smile and an open heart.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 11 AM at Graceful Memorial Chapel, 3160 Brownie Campbell Rd. Houston, TX 77038.
