Sandra "Sandy" Jean Sirois (Belveal), 64, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Born on February 15, 1961, in Portsmouth, Ohio, she lived a life filled with love, adventure, and unwavering devotion to her family.  Sandy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Steven Sirois. Together they shared a beautiful life, traveling across the country on countless adventures, embracing new experiences and cherishing every moment together. Her love for exploration was only rivaled by her deep commitment to her family.
She was a devoted mother to her daughters, Amy (Bryan) Oliver and Allison (Ryan) Stanley, and a cherished memaw to her grandsons: Hunter (14), Wyatt (13), Chase (12), Joshua (9).  She adored her grandsons and never missed an opportunity to support them in their passions, whether it was attending their band performances or cheering them on at soccer games.
Sandy is also survived by her brother Michael (Nora) Belveal. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Regina Belveal.
Those who knew Sandy will remember her as a beacon of light—her smile could brighten any room, and her energy was infectious. She lived with honesty, determination, and boundless joy. Her kindness and compassion left a lasting impact on those around her.  She found happiness in the little things and celebrated each day as a gift.
Her legacy of unconditional love will continue through the lives of those she held dear. May her memory bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
The family has chosen to have a quiet, private ceremony at this time and will hold a celebration of Sandy's life at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, to honor Sandy's love of traveling the country, the family requests that donations be made to the National Park Foundation in her memory.
