Scott Edward Benoit, 52, passed away on February 13th, 2024 in The Woodlands, Texas.  Scott was born on January 29th, 1972 in Houston, Texas. Scott is survived by his daughters, Taylor Cleary, Averie Scott, Emma Benoit, Jenna Goff, Adelynn Benoit, his brother Kirk Benoit and his wife, and sister Samara Benoit.

Scott enjoyed spending every moment with his family which includes, listening to music, playing his saxophone, watching scary movies with his daughters, outdoor adventures by the nearby creek, fishing, riding bikes, and playing with the dogs.

Scott was a diehard Houston sports fan, Astros, Oilers/Texans, and Rockets.  He took competitiveness to the next level that was cherished by everyone who faced him.  His passion about winning was only challenged by the few losses he experienced.

He was the self-proclaimed ping pong "king".  A master of Monopoly and any other board game he played.

His passion for any competition will forever be missed by those that knew him best.

A celebration of Scott's life will be held on Saturday, March 16th, 2024, details to follow.
