It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of St. Clair Marvin Davis March 10, 2021. He was known to his family and friends as 'Buddy' Davis, and he was a wonderful husband, dad, papaw, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to so many.

Born August 17, 1946 in Mineral Wells, TX, he was raised in Moran, TX. He lived in Odessa, TX for most of his life working in the oil field industry. He married Gloria Holland in 1974 and they had 3 sons. Buddy had a love for fishing, cars and old western movies. He could talk your ear off reminiscing about the 'good ole days'.

Buddy and Gloria moved to Humble, TX in 2017 to be closer to kids and grandkids.

Buddy is preceded in death by his parents Miriam & Marvin Davis, sons Eddie and Ricky Davis, siblings Verda, James & Bill.

Survived by his wife Gloria Davis, son and daughter in law Chris & Kristi Davis, grandchildren Lauren, Connor, Mason, Ashlynn, Landyn and Bryan, great grandchild Auden, and sister Gail. Buddy was also loved by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He will be missed by many and remembered for his sense of humor and the way he loved his family deeply.
