Sue Ann was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on December 29, 1951 to Lewis and Donna Jean
Tebow Davis. She grew up in Alice, Texas.
Sue Ann attended the University of Houston and graduated with a bachelor's degree in
Education. She proceeded to work in elementary schools in both Alice and the Houston area
for over twenty years. Sue Ann was a natural teacher, and after retiring from Klein ISD, she
held various positions teaching adults computer and technology skills as well as teaching
Sunday School groups at church.
Sue Ann was a member of the Epsilon Sigma chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, an honorary
international educational organization, for over twenty years.
Sue Ann considered herself a servant of the Lord, and participated in service both in her church
and in the community. She volunteered with Habitat for Humanity for a number of years in
various positions. Sue Ann was a lifelong United Methodist Church member and held a number
of different positions at Spring Woods United Methodist Church. It was there that she met her

members of Faith United Methodist Church. There they joined the Social Justice group, often
leading with devotionals and prayer.
Sue Ann had an amazing memory for names, dates, and places and was a wonderful storyteller.
She and Leonard loved traveling both in the United States and abroad, celebrating with friends,
and dining out.

and nephews, and her grateful friends.
