Suzette Elaine (Embry) Karnes, 71, of Pearland passed away quietly in her bed on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. Born June 19, 1948, in Kearny, Nebraska, to Joy Camplynn and Don Embry. Her formative years were spent in north Mississippi and she was a dedicated housewife and mother to 3 children. She is proceeded in death by both of her parents and her daughter, Priscilla Loerwald. She is survived by her life partner of 45 years, Jenny Karnes; Robert Kemp (Kate); and Michael Kemp (Lori). She was a proud grandmother of 10. She will be cremated and her remains will stay with the family. Friends of the family are asked to keep her family in their prayers.
