Sylvia Maria Perez, 42, was born on December 14, 1979 and passed away August 22, 2021 in her hometown of Houston Tx.

Sylvia is survived be her two daughters Sylvia Lugo, Esperanza Lugo, her son Lorenzo Lugo, her granddaughter Ava, her sisters and brothers and many Nieces and Nephews.

Sylvia was known for having a big heart full of love and shared that love with every person she met. She welcomed everyone into her home, you would see a bunch of bicycles and skateboards piled in her front yard were all the neighborhood kids would gather. She loved listening to music and dancing even more. Her favorite genre of music is oldies. You could see her in her home teaching all her children, nieces, nephews, and friends how to dance. She loved Lowriders and dreamed of owning a 1964 Impala.

Sylvia made a huge impact on many lives and would be missed greatly by her friends and family.
