With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Tammie Lee Brewer. Tammie departed this world on Saturday, July 15th 2023 in Spring, Texas. The family left behind are sadden by her loss and will miss her unconditionally everyday as we come together during this time.
Born on November 19th 1970 in Alvin, Tx , to parents John and Betty Brewer. Tammie lived in Alvin for many many years before moving to Kingwood, Texas 19 years ago. Tammie went to Alvin High School and continued her education at Alvin Community College. She then graduated with her Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical with the University of Phoenix. Tammie worked various jobs throughout her life before finding Apptical where she was employed for 12 years, moving up the ranks from an interviewer to a management role. Tammie was a fiery soul who loved her family and friends, her critters, her coffee, and most importantly….her squirrels. Tammie loved to craft especially her gnomes. She loved to cook and was constantly finding new recipes to try out. She had such an outgoing personality with a witty sense of humor.
Tammie is preceded in death by her parents John and Betty Brewer, her sister Kristina "Tina" Brewer, brother Pee-Wee, and aunts Billie Norman and Martha Prewitt and nephew Gregg Carr.
Tammie's memories live on through her spouse Tony Vaughn; siblings, Beth Brewer, Cindy Smith; Ronnie Brewer, and numerous other family and friends. Her children: Aaron Vaughn, Mark Vaughn and Avia Swails, Krystyna Jalomo, Sydney and Aaron Thomason, and Kylie Frazier. Her beautiful grandchildren, whom she loved with all of her heart: Jordan Vaughn, Liliah Vaughn, Natalie Vaughn, Braxton Thomason, Kennadi Vaughn, and Nolan Vaughn.
As the family processes and grieves the sudden lost of this wonderful woman, a celebration of life has been planned for all who wish to come out and celebrate the life of Tammie Brewer. The event will be held at Lake Houston Wilderness Park- Pine Grove Hall 25840 Fm 1485 New Caney, Texas 77357 on Sunday July 30th from 1-6pm. Any donations are appreciated; however, not required, and will go towards final costs. To send flowers and plants to 5006 Quilgate Drive Spring Texas 77373.
