Thinh Cong Pham, age 63, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2021 in West Oaks Nursing & Rehab Center (Houston, TX). He was born on March 6, 1958 in My Tho, Vietnam to Lan Thi Doan and Chap Cong Pham.

At age 24, Thinh escaped Vietnam with his sister Cam Van. In 1983, they arrived and resided in New Jersey and started a new life in America. He worked various jobs throughout his life to look after his family. He then moved to Houston, TX and worked at a cooling/refrigeration company for decades. He enjoyed singing '80s songs (Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd) and strumming to his many guitars. He had a vivacious personality and always made people around him laugh. He made friends everywhere he went. He was a devout Catholic walking in the Light of Jesus. He admired and treasured his grandfather Hanh Quang Doan. Thinh's urn will be placed near his grandfather's urn in Nha tho Vuon Xoai to honor his wishes.

Thinh is survived by his father, Chap Cong Pham; sisters Tuyet Thi Anh Pham (Khoi Quoc Nguyen) and Cam Van Tran (Thanh Ngoc); brother Binh Cong Pham; nephews Hoa Nguyen (Tram Anh) and Hoang Ngoc Tran; nieces Vi Ngoc Van (Thanh John), Nhi Ngoc Hoang Tran, Nhat Nguyen, Thi Ngoc Hoang Tran, and Emily Nguyen of Houston, TX.

Thinh will be cremated in a private ceremony.
